VunoTV offers subscription entertainment plans defined by a duration and a number of simultaneous connections. This website provides information about those plans and the forms through which they can be requested.

The country catalogue on this site is general information about content categories by country. It does not list individual channels and is not a guarantee that any particular programme will be available.

Subscriptions

Submitting a subscription request is a request, not a completed purchase. A plan begins only once our team has confirmed it with you.

Prices displayed on this site are recalculated on our server when a request is received. A price submitted by a browser is never accepted. Where a displayed price is marked as provisional, the confirmed price is the one our team gives you.

Payments

No payment is taken through this website and no card details are collected here. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with our team after your request is confirmed.

Free trial

A free trial is offered at our discretion. Submitting a trial request does not by itself create a trial or a subscription.

Trial availability, scope and duration are confirmed by our team when they respond to your request. We may decline or withdraw a trial.

Renewals

An existing line can be renewed by selecting Renew My Line on any of our forms and supplying your existing username. Renewals do not start automatically and are not billed automatically from this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to send automated or bulk submissions, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

You agree not to resell, redistribute or share access to any service obtained through us outside the number of connections your plan provides.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, for the internet connection and equipment you use, and for keeping any credentials we give you confidential.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you are.

Intellectual property

The VunoTV name, logo, site design, text and graphics on this website are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Any third-party names or marks that may appear remain the property of their respective owners.

Refund policy

Refund terms are confirmed by our team at the point your plan is confirmed. If you have a question about refunds before requesting a plan, please ask us first.

Service availability
